I really like the staff at PT Solutions but, the billing system is a catastrophe. I don’t feel it’s my job to hunt down itemized receipts for my payment card. It takes an act of congress and it’s a huge pain in the rear and time consuming. Time that is valuable to me. I’ll never go back to PT Solutions after I complete my therapy. I’d transfer to Houghston Clinic but, I’m almost done. The billing needs to be put back in the hands of the in house staff. It would make things a lot more convenient.
