I’ve been coming here for physical therapy on my knee because I dislocated it a month and a half ago so I needed somewhere to go to make my knee stronger so this doesn’t happen to me again. So far the trainers have done a WONDERFUL job making sure everything is perfect in order for my knee to be stronger and have me doing plenty of exercises at home!!
Well first off I walked in the door and the receptionist asked if I had the order for rehab from wilson memorial. She should have had that before I even walked through the door. The guy doing my rehab has the common sense of a rock. I had rehab on my back at wilson memorial and he was there too. He asked how the people before him had set the contraction machine for stretching my back. I told him and he did it all wrong.
