I have been using PT services since they were a new company, they were clearly eager to build a successful business and a good reputation. Having used their service for the first time. Our brand newly refurbished house now has multiple scuff marks on the paint and even worse a massive stain on our new carpets where they have obviously dropped dirty water on them. The kicker is they over charged us. When I called to complain there was no ownership and only denial.
