My experience has been great in the West Bend Facility. I had shoulder surgery to clean up some issues. My mobility has increased greatly due to my Physical Therpest Maddie, her exercises and strength training she used has worked well. I would definitely recommend PT Plus and especially Maddie
My therapist Amanda was great. She was not only very knowledgeable, but she had a friendly and welcoming demeanor. I could tell that she was very concerned with my progress. Maybe best of all, the at home exercise program was very realistic and ultimately beneficial.
Peter was great. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the tests he was doing and why! Smart young man!
Couldn't ask for a better care team, depth and breadth of knowledge, and attention. Willingness to hear clients, and make sure to treat what's needed. Would recommend to anyone looking who has fallen short of answers, elsewhere.
