Donna and all her staff are highly skilled in creating and coaching through Pilates exercise sessions focused on strength , flexibility and balance for function and to build confidence for challenging movement . They are also in tune to each person’s potential limitations and modify accordingly . PT Pilates is wonderful !

All teachers are sincere professionals who strive to treat each client with respect and enthusiasm for each client's personal success. Having been a client for more than 10 years, I can say as a "senior" that PT Pilates Haas enabled me to enjoy my travel and my favorite exercise regime.
I'm 76 years old, with all the aches, pains and challenges that comes with age, and I've been going to PTPilates for 5+ years. Donna's classes are excellent reinforcement for my balance, muscle tone and flexibility. Additionally, class members are supportive and encouraging, making each class a pleasure.
