My son got braces and even before the week even ended, we went back twice to fix loose brackets. The ladies there accused my 9 year old son of not following food restrictions right infront of me. My son, I and my husband are very careful about what he eats to the point of even packing his school lunches. And to accuse him like that and almost making him cry is very unprofessional and rude. Very disappointed by this practice.
