PT Orthodontist is AWESOME. I brought my son in for a same day consultation for braces due to a bad open bite. Angel and Emily were AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, and SWEET. They kept him engaged, they explained everything throughout the entire process, and was able to get his braces put on the same day. Dr. McAtee was very nice and proficient in explaining what caused the open bite, and how to care for his teeth. My son got braces and even before the week even ended, we went back twice to fix loose brackets. The ladies there accused my 9 year old son of not following food restrictions right infront of me. My son, I and my husband are very careful about what he eats to the point of even packing his school lunches. And to accuse him like that and almost making him cry is very unprofessional and rude. Very disappointed by this practice.
