I came in here with upper back pain and I’m getting better in such a short time. Almost 100% The staff is amazing and very accommodating!!
PT therapists are great!!!!!!! I really have benefitted tremendously post hip surgery. My primary complaint is about the check out system. It is virtual and the connections are so bad one can hardly hear. In addition you are talking to someone sharing your name and birthdate in an environment where other patients in the office can hear your conversation with the person checking you out. This seems to me to be a privacy concern. Beside that the therapist is incredibly knowledgeable!
I came to PT of the City seeking relief from lower back pain. After two sessions, my condition has significantly worsened — I can barely walk and am unable to sleep through the night due to pain. I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic. Session experience: After my first session, my pain increased noticeably. I assumed this was normal given the initial evaluation process.
