I haven’t even had an appointment, but when I called, I spoke to Michael. Have no idea who Michael is; he could be a physical therapist, an assistant, the director, an intern, anyone. What I do know is that Michael is incredibly kind, professional, and most importantly honest. I spoke to him to help get some care for my grandma and he was so helpful! I’ve had such a great experience coming here for PT. Everyone here is always so nice. My PT Fatima especially has been amazing. She’s been helping me so much with my issue, and I’m really grateful for how patient, caring, and skilled she is. You can tell she really cares about helping you get better. I honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me. Definitely recommend this place!
Today is my last session at the Castle Hill Location PT of The City Physical Therapy. Thank you to Dr. Fatima and her team for their professionalism, helping me heal from my hand surgery middle finger done on April 7th, 2026. They have help me get better, learn simple workouts for the hand, I am fully healed. I recommend this location, they do good, ask all the questions needed, evaluate what you are their for, your referrals from the specialist. I was approved by my orthopedic surgeon for ten sessions. Worse place ever ! I wasted my time and my money ! I had an appointment and she told me that the person that was going to see me wasnt there , to way 15 mins to see if the person come , they wasnt even sure the person was coming ! My fault? Noooo i came from far and i wasted 40$ for nothing ! Will never come back or even refer someone to this unprofessional place !
They are amazing and helped me a lot with back pain.
