PT of the City in Inwood has the most excellent and caring staff i could've ever asked for. Dr. PG and Dr. DANY are very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with terrible pain in both feet, mainly right foot due to plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. My feet were stiff and I could barely stand the pain from walking. My feet are not as stiff and hard and the unbearable pain has subsided for the most part. I still have some pain on my right foot but ive come a looong way after 7-8 weeks. I don't usually leave a negative review but I had strongly dissatisfaction with this PT office. I suffer from chronic back pain and have extensive experience with physical therapy. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic fell far below acceptable standards of care: 1. Lack of Individualized Attention: During my first visit, the head therapist conducted a brief examination before delegating my care to an assistant. Great service
I highly recommend this PT of the City location, especially Dr. P. - I have been struggling with a lot of pain, and Dr. P has been so professional, patient, informative, and encouraging. Working with her has been far more helpful than any of my pain medications. I tell my own family to go to her for PT. As a bonus, the office is also very communicative and easy to get in touch with. 11/10.
