Front desk, doctors, and physical therapist were welcoming, helpful, and informative. Felt listened to; they provided clear explanations and demos of exercises. Was all that I hoped for. Glad to have this great neighborhood resource.

There were some serious issues with the care I received and I've called and written multiple times, and it seems like there is nobody actually supervising. I keep getting sent to a third party that handles all complaints, but doesn't seem to have any sort of presence in the actual facility.
