This was my first day at PT of the city and the staff (Mika)were so friendly and supportive. I really enjoyed the session. I had a fear of using my fractured knee but was encouraged by Mustafa, that I would be able to use my leg and walk again, he did several workouts having me carefully sit and stand and then I could not believe it I actually took steps for the very first time since my injury and was amazed at how well I did. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a great PT experience.
They do a great job in assisting. Today was my first day and I already feel comfortable with them.
I went to PT of the City’s Harlem location for several months and had an excellent experience. Salma, Vidit, and the entire team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout my recovery. They took the time to answer my many questions, explain the purpose behind different exercises, and adjust my PT plan based on my progress and feedback.
