Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I had a very concerning experience at this nail salon. During my appointment, my nail started bleeding, and the technician got blood on the nail polish brush. Instead of setting that polish aside or using a fresh bottle, they dipped the same brush back into the bottle. That raised serious concerns for me about sanitation and infection control. Poor quality. Poor service. Poor technique. It's important to know that different nail enhancement services require different removal techniques. Soft builder gel, gel polish, hard gel, acrylic, and dip powder should not all be removed with the same drill bit. Using the wrong bit can damage the natural nail. I came in today with regular gel polish on my natural nails and clearly stated from the beginning that I wanted a soak-off. Worst pedicure and manicure ever. Ann at desk number 4 literally cut my natural nail in half with the cuticle cutters. She slapped on some fake nail ober it to try to “fix” it but never filed it down. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. The polish was slapped on with no regard. Up over the skin which has not last more than 5 hours and my toe nail shellac has peeled off on 2 toes and my nails looks like garbage and my one natural nail is completely botched.
