I've been coming to PT nails for some time now, and I've never had to wait. The team have always been kind and welcoming. I get sns on my nails. I find they last about 5 weeks for me. I've had no problems with chipping or cracks. *Edit the past two times I've been stuck for ideas, the team has been amazing with their suggestions and I love what they've done for me. Oh my glob! First time coming to this place today and I fell in love! The staff are so friendly I’ve never been so happy with my nails before, the shape is perfect, I had no cuts. My nail tech surprised me and gave me a cute as 3D snake and a red back on my ring fingers and they’re divine!! the detail is insane will not be going anywhere else ever again hehe I am extremely fussy with my nails as I’ve been getting them done for 6 years now and these are honestly the best set I’ve ever had
Had shellac on toes on the weekend and big toe has already completely chipped. Usually I get like 3 weeks out of shellac. Absolutely shocking considering I got them done on Sunday and it’s now Wednesday. I live an hour away so will have to go somewhere else to fix and pay extra. Very disappointing.
Was a regular customer with Savanna, always felt sorry for her as she regularly interrupted, made to do other services in between her own clients. Had a break, thought I would come back. Rebooked with Kaylee ,4 weekly for refill and pedicure at 9 am time slot to be pushed onto someone else for pedicure, massage was not great, light, waist of time, not a positive service.
