Contacted terry 2-3 weeks ago and set up an appointment for him to come fix a rough idle in my truck and he said he could do it no problem and we set an appointment and the day he was supposed to come work on it he had an excuse for why he couldn’t show up and said he could do it in another 2 days. 2 days later he said he had went to another customer instead and would get me the next day. The next day he said he explained in a round about way he didn’t feel like doing it that day and asked to do it a few more days from then.... read more
