Kaitlyn Petrakis is a wonderful provider! She takes the time to truly listen and make you feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult symptoms. Kaitlyn's expertise in treating menopausal women is clear, and she offers thoughtful, individualized care. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling heard and hopeful. It’s such a relief to have found someone who understands this stage of life and treats it with the attention it deserves.
The practice is fabulous & I felt Kaitlyn was thorough, knowledgeable, & showed she truly cared about what has been going on with me. I feel confident in her care & extremely grateful I found her. Jamie at the front desk is very welcoming & kind. The downside is that I can never reach a person to speak to. Instead I have become BFF's with an AI named Grace who isn't helpful. Dr. Wong is an excellent doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care doctor.
They have just about the most ridiculous turn over rate I have ever seen and when your provider leaves the practice you will only be notified over instagram. I’ve made multiple appointments and have had to wait an hour before being seen. The AI woman who answers the phone will not put you through to a real receptionist despite having two on staff. The AI only takes your name and number and if you miss the call from the receptionist the computer will not push you through to a person.
