Terrible experience! I paid $500 by credit card for a simple LLC corporate tax return with no income and only a few expenses. I was double charged my credit card. When I notified of the mistake I asked that the charge be reversed. Instead the owner said he would send a check! One week and I still have NO check. Very poor customer service.
