Meredith is a dream to work with and I enjoy everyone at PT by the sea, including the staff. I’ve been seeing Meredith for over a year and she has helped tremendously. I highly recommend this practice and Meredith.
Deceptive cancellation policy. Website stated a different cancellation policy from the patient form they had me sign & did not provide me a copy of. The online form was only changed after I questioned why the two ppolicies were different. The updated policy is 24 hours before appointment or there is cancellation fee Apparently no exceptions when you cancel 22 hours before the appointment, regardless of whether or not you are not feeling well.
Meredith McInnis has helped me stabilize my hyper mobile hip, relieving back pain. She is kind and compassionate. Extremely knowledgeable! She tries different approaches until we're successful. A real gem!

I have been going to PT by the Sea for almost a year for therapy on a torn meniscus, and recurring knee fluid. I always feel welcomed by the staff at the front desk who are courteous and kind. Physical therapist Jenny Devers has consistently taken excellent care of me. I am grateful for her patience and knowledge. She approaches each difficulty with flexibility, and is totally aware of her patient's condition. Recently, she has been doing a knee massage to help with both of my problems.
