Excellent customer service, repair of a tyre puncture on a Saturday. Absolutely recommend 👌🏻
One of the only mechanics in Rockhampton who were open on a public holiday. Very friendly and knowledgeable bloke who had our issue fixed within an hour.
I cannot praise BESTeam Mechanical enough for their exceptional customer service, knowledge, and the help they gave us. Driving Gladstone to Rockhampton with warning lights on late in the afternoon NYE things seemed bleak. We made so many calls to ask for help and nobody either could or would help. BESTeam stayed back to wait for us, had the right tools to run diagnostics on our motor home (lots didn’t) and dropped everything to give us all the info and help we needed right there - 5pm NYE. Were travelling through to Cairns. He was the only mechanic in town willing to help us out and did the job alone in like 20 minutes (when others were saying oh it’s a big job and is gonna take 2 days, we don’t have enough people etc). He knew exactly what to do and how to do it, didn’t hesitate to help us at all. We are very grateful and happy with the service 🙏 10/10 would recommend this place for any problem you might encounter.
