This car repair experience was extremely disappointing. At first, I didn’t plan to write a review because I understand that running a business isn’t easy. However, the quality of work at this shop was just too poor. Our side doors were damaged in an accident, and the repair was covered by insurance. First, the shop owner told us the repair would take 2–3 weeks, but it ended up taking more than two months.
