This car repair experience was extremely disappointing. At first, I didn’t plan to write a review because I understand that running a business isn’t easy. However, the quality of work at this shop was just too poor. Our side doors were damaged in an accident, and the repair was covered by insurance. First, the shop owner told us the repair would take 2–3 weeks, but it ended up taking more than two months. Marvin was a pleasure to work with: professional, courteous and very customer service oriented. I had damage across my front bumper and a dent in the back of my 2014 Prius. It now looks good as new with new bumpers and emblems. The paint match is perfect! When I arrived to pick up the car, I was delighted to find it completely detailed as a complimentary service.
