Absolute pleasure to deal with James the mechanic. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable about our particular vehicle. If you are looking for someone with a knowledge around everything Peugeot then you can’t go past James at PT AUTO at Cardiff.
Great service! I had a fault pop up, James booked me in the next morning and diagnosed a cylinder misfire. Instead of telling me it was an expensive, possibly unnecessary fix he swapped some bits so if it comes up again he'll be 100% certain of the fault and well only fix what's needed. I'll be coming back here for my Citroen servicing from now on.

Refreshingly knowledgeable and friendly staff who made time to discuss, and then quickly attend to my Peugeot 308. Hourly labour rate is higher than average, but if you have had your Peugeot worked on by another yard, its likely they would take twice as long, may not fix it first time, or have the same skills, knowledge and experience. Old school, great work team.
