I was able to get an appointment with Alex within 24 hours of my call. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was able to fix my Miele dishwasher. He clearly knew what he was doing; identified the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend Alex and P&T Appliance Repairs.

Do NOT use this company. I believe they are running a scam. Although the technician Max arrived on time to assess my washing machine problem at the agreed upon fee of $60, he told me that this fee would be deducted from the cost of the labor to repair the machine. All that made sense. He also said that I would hear from his boss that same day or the next for an estimate and schedule a date for the repair. Worst service, Technicians don't understand English and instead of fixing the issue, they broke the existing vent of the dryer and entire house blown up with C0...I tried to reach out to the Owner/Company and now they are not responding. I am so sorry to say that this company and their technicians doesn't know what is CO gas and how much this gas is toxic. For their education.
