Through my work with Dr. Chris Carlin, I am a less anxious person, better able to serve and lead the people around me. Dr. Carlin helped me create emotional distance from my family upbringing, allowing me to better relate to my family members. Throughout our sessions, Dr. Carlin remained supportive yet firm, asking thought provoking questions I had not asked myself. I am grateful for the experience.
Chris Carlin has been instrumental in helping me not only deal with the symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder but the underlying causes. Dr. Carlin utilized a multi-method approach tackling my symptoms with a combination of EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with providing relevant resources that further educated me about the nature of my condition and various approaches that have proven effective for many.
