I appreciated the service and care I received -- the people were great! However, I've been having a heck of a time reaching their billing department. I received an email letting me know that I'm being charged $647 for something where I should have only been charged a copay and that the payment was due in 6 days (payment due on a Sunday). I called my health insurance company and the issue was that PsyFi TMS sent the bill to them 4 times, each time with a separate code. I am absolutely livid. After years of being a patient of Dr. Varma, I received a callous phone call informing me I was being dropped as a patient—all because I missed ONE appointment. An appointment I missed because of the very sleep medication HE prescribed! This is beyond unacceptable. Let me tell you about Dr. Varma. This clinic is a pharmaceutical rep's dream. The waiting room is overflowing with pamphlets for the newest, most expensive brand-name medications. Generics? Forget about it. He's a pusher, plain and simple. I... read more
