Leah and Dr. Varma cut all services after a mix-up on one appointment after 7 years of being under his care. Not only do I have proof of this disparaging behavior, but Leah also lied to me multiple times regarding insurance credits and would not refund any cash balances I carried. I have those emails, too. I have reported this clinic, Leah and Dr. Varma. Absolutely horrible place for care.
After switching from Park Nicollet I feel confident in my decision. My provider is educated, informed and listens to me and wants to help me feel better.
