Love this studio and the amazing community it brings to Lakeside! Great classes, clean studio, and awesome instructors.
The name says it all. The physical side of any class is phenomenal, but the mental and emotional boost you get from a Psycle class is THE most special part of the studio for me. My psyche loves the break from the grind and all the stress that comes with it (and the great playlists are an added bonus!). Each class allows you to escape and focus on you—what you can control and contribute to your workout.
