I do not recommend this therapist - Rola. I came to her during a vulnerable period, seeking support and clarity around deep family trauma. Instead of offering understanding, empathy, or insight, she routinely redirected the conversation to her own life—sharing stories about herself and her daughter, often in response to things I disclosed about my abusive mother. Berated me for my lack of agency based. Upon the little information I gave her in the first session a week prior. I get it she was having a tough time with a new secretary. But that's unprofessional. Government funded also.
