I could not be more pleased with the care I’ve received from the entire staff of PsychPro in Lees Summit. I have gained so much from their IOP Adult group program and haven’t met a group therapist yet who wasn’t caring, insightful and knowledgable. My personal psychologist Chris Cobb is wonderful. I have been going to Psych Pros for many years at this point. From living close to now living on the other side of the metro I have continued to visit Jon Effertz. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and stays professional while also being relatable. When coming to this practice it doesn’t feel like just any other office, the front desk ladies always have a kind smile and a few minutes to chat while waiting. I will always recommend Psych Pros of Kansas City
My husband and I are so grateful for Dr. Foss McKay!!!! Thanks to his skills, he has helped my husband work through one of the hardest times of our lives... I am pretty sure he is one of those Earth Angels that have been written about. Thank you Dr. McKay, for all you have done to help our family. We are now aware✨
