Took my referral into Pyschplace from my Gp, told by receptionist I will get a call, waited a week, no phone call, so i phoned them, I was told it could be a month before I get a call, and 3 months before ill get an appointment. Collected my referral and told the receptionist that she needs to tell customers the waiting time/list, she was dismissive and quite rude, i wasn't impressed.
Highly recommend Psych Place. Dr Collins is understanding, compassionate, caring and is an expert in her field. The service here has helped me tremendously.

Brilliant in both areas.
Dr oleh kay and the other people and staff are wonderful and do everything to support their clients.for years i have sought help for a friend of mine ,but to no avail,until i met dr kay and he agreed to see my friend.2 years later she has her life back.the support she recieved to enable her to get the support she needed was lifesaving.this is a great place dog friendly and happy caring.
