I was stewing on this a bit. Firstly, I have ADHD so going through every motion of finding someone to talk to is torture. Second, I'm hoping to work on my avoidant attachment. Funny how a poor first impression makes me give up entirely on this place. So I'm giving 3 stars just to vent, since I might be a unique case and also real people are affected. I have been seeing Julie Espinoza-Malm for about a year now for borderline personality disorder and depression and have been able to make immense progress thanks to her help. I like how I am taught how to deal with problems and my emotions rather than only being told how to deal with a specific problem that I have going on at that moment. It's like being taught how to fish rather than being given a fish.
