Very disappointed in this facility as a whole, there seems to be a disorganized process for everything. The administration department never answers the phonee or even update employees about what is going on. I recently had to change my insirance because I no longer qualify for MA since getting a good paying job. However I have to meet a deductible in order to have everything for free which I understand is not their fault. However when I asked for help or resources I was ignored and brushed off. Amazing therapist through this company. However, I had a poor experience with provider medication management. Their services did not represent patient-centered care.
Any body who is thinking of going to this place PLEASE READ MY STORY!!!!! My girlfriend seen the therapist Brenda it was by far the worst most unprofessional money hungry “drug therapist “and or company I have ever seen . She seen Brenda for 3 months and has been struggling with alcoholism. Anybody who knows anything knows that newly sober people are fragile.
