Absolutely Terrible! they feened to discount my services after they didn’t send me an confirmation for link to get on. Zoom meeting. Then said I was in noncompliance with the program & I missed the meeting that they never emailed me or sent me a link too. No accountability do they take for their mistakes , no one to speak to I would not recommend. Very unorganized very unprofessional & very distasteful terrible experience of my life !!!
At first loved my daughters therapist was great but then mine uh no it was disappointing rude and the variable of the topic on being late she made sure I would be treated like dirt saying things In The lines of how old are you how many years you have been living here ? And you still can't adjust your timing right stating why would you think or believe making to your appointment at 930 am of ran interview in new Hyde park and making it here at 1145 would be possible !!
