Not happy !! They confirmed they had someone able to take me on. I didid one session and booked a second. Literally 2 hours before my second session they called me to say they were cancelling my appointment because the psycologist couldn't handle it. My case was apparently too much. We all know how difficult it is to get medicare subsidised psycologists and I completed wasted one session. Given that you get billed if you dont turn up, I should at least get a refund for my first session an them cancelling my second on such sh... read more
Not happy. I checked before making an appointment see if they had someone who could help. I got my referral. Had my first session where it was suggested that they could help with different elements of my condition. I was told that two weeks were needed to formulate a care plan and to book for two weeks. Which i did. I got text reminders to confirm that I was coming and LITERALLY 2 HOURS BEFORE ON THE DAY of my appointment, they cancelled and told me they couldn't handle my case.
