Literally the worst clinic I’ve ever know. My daughter had a virtual appointment at 9:30. The doctor never logged in. At 9:45 I went to see if my daughter was talking to anyone and nope. Nothing. My daughter was worried about her appointment so the portal was open since 9am. When she tried to call to talk to someone, nobody answers. That’s the usual. Don’t expect to ever talk to anybody. I am Larry’s wife who was the patient I went in for assessment for insurance to have a procedure done. I was told I would get the information within 2 to 3 days. It has been 3 weeks and no report sent to me or my Doctor. Therefore my procedure had to be cancelled. I have called twice and sent email with no return I consider not returning calls is bad business procedure. I personally worked in an office setting and never let a message go unanswered.

Last December Dr. Steven's office set me up with an appointment for today (3/25/2026). At 8:15 this morning his office called to let me know that he isn't in my insurace network, and the appointment would cost me almost $300. They had my insurance information since I confirmed the appointment in December.

This place was awesome, I had a easy and great experience from the moment I greeted the nice lady at the desk till the moment I left, they made sure my child had fun while also helping getting all questions and information I needed answered. The whole staff was so kind and very welcoming. Will definitely be back!
