This doctor worked for decision point and is contracted with dhs..be careful what you say..if you don't say what he wants to hear he will make you look bad in report. If you HAVE to go here for dhs or court ,be sure to get a second opinion..honestly your probably better off breaking the court order than going here
was difficult to find since in a residential area and front entry has very steep steps in the front entry way but has back entrance . was little frantic due to fact if u are late u have to still pay for appointment and it's $600.00
