Been going to this practice for over 5 years, highly recommend, mental health is a working progress but this team put you at ease. The receptionists are lovely, and my psychologist has helped me through many stages of grief, depression, anxiety and trauma.
Absolute time wasters. Unreliable and unprofessional. I had an ongoing booking and when I turned up today the councillor was a no show with no excuse. I was meant to be seeing a psycologist trained in Schema therapy but ended up with a general councillor and to make it worse their councillor was not even registered wirh CBHS so I couldnt even claim the fees back. This is obviously just a cheap cash generating scheme with zero interest in actually helping people. Fees also went up straight after my first visit. Total joke of ... read more
Psychology Perspective staff are always quick, friendly and helpful. My therapist, Jarel Kilgour has been helping me this year to overcome my struggles. He is gentle, professional, and I always feel safe to speak my mind, no matter what I need to discuss.
I've been going on and off to here for years. I've been to different psychologists ut currently seeing a counsellor there and he is awesome. Also the reception staff are great, especially if you are feeling anxious but also with your assistance doggo (respecting her job) and just super helpful with everything. Legit great at their job.
