The admin team have been absolutely brilliant. My daughter has been seeing a wonderfully matched therapist for almost 1 year now who has been very proactive, reliable, caring and supportive. I myself have just had my 3rd session with an also wonderfully matched therapist. The practice itself is just lovely and so helpful.
Two of their admin staff were very unhelpful. The first put me on a waiting list and said they’d call back in a couple of months, couple of months later I heard nothing so called back. Another admin lady spoke over the top of me as I tried to explain and said I’d been ‘ taken off the wait list’ like that was their normal process without any heads up or phone call.
