In the process of working with my therapist at Therapy in the Park my awareness of my own needs and how to best address them has been very helpfully widened. Highly recommend.
My psychologist was very kind and considerate during my appointments. I felt very safe and comfortable with her and in the clinic. The clinic itself has a very calming atmosphere which helped my anxiety before my appointments.
