Kinesiology with Lou is a truly beautiful experience. Compassionate, intuitive and deeply understanding, with a presence that feels authentic and heart-led. Every session is personalised and I have been guided with such care and insight. In the 12 months I have been seeing Lou I am feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to myself. These are powerful sessions delivered with gentleness and love.

I have experienced many sessions with Lou over the last 6 months. Each session has helped to uncover and "shift" the stress and imbalances I was plagued with at that point in time. Lou always manages to locate what is going on for me and I always feel lighter and clearer afterwards. I highly recommend Lou and her services.

Sarah is a wonderful practitioner. She is highly knowledgeable, caring and really listens. She is also great with kids. Kinesiology and Naturopathy are such a holistic combination of modalities to help get to the bottom of and treat issues.
