Just tried to call to inquire about their services and whoever answered was so rude, with an attitude. They didnt say who they were or who they were with upon answering and it was as if I called someone's house or a wrong number and they were pissed about it. its heartbreaking that people have to deal with this when theyre just looking for help.
Sending me to collections at the end of the month? The payment link your office provided shows a $0 balance — both on 9/22/25 and again on 10/15/25 — so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to pay something that your own system says doesn’t exist. I emailed Nancy back on 9/25/25 and 10/15/25 with screenshots clearly showing the zero balance. I never received a response from her. I had an amazing experience with Alexandra Smith, Psy.D. When I came to see her in October 2024, I was unemployed and essentially stuck in life.
