Francess is knowledgeable, kind and organized. She has helped me understand myself, why I do the things I do, and how to finally feel confident and happy with who I am. After trying a few other people who I always felt like we were just 'chatting' or they were just listening and telling me back what I already said, it's a relief to actually have someone who helps and gets you where you want to go. Highly recommend!
