In working with Francess I felt safe being honest, even about things I usually hold back. There was no sense of being judged or rushed. She is very caring. I feel like she really sees and gets to the core of what's going on, and was not giving me these surface-level coping strategies I've gotten elsewhere. She has helped me see things clearly, but not in a way that I felt I was being pushed. After our sessions, I left feeling clearer and more grounded.
Francess is knowledgeable, kind and organized. She has helped me understand myself, why I do the things I do, and how to finally feel confident and happy with who I am. After trying a few other people who I always felt like we were just 'chatting' or they were just listening and telling me back what I already said, it's a relief to actually have someone who helps and gets you where you want to go. Highly recommend!
