The therapist I see is wonderful and really creates a safe space where I feel comfortable opening up. Unfortunately, reception is quite rude. I called at 8:30AM this morning to cancel my appointment scheduled for 2:30PM due to car troubles, a winter storm, and it being -28 outside. Reception advised me I would be charged 50% of my appointment fee due to a "no show" although I called before the clinic opened to provide as much notice as possible for a reason out of my control. Nothing but good things to say about Ashley and her team! Warm, helpful and knowledgeable support, easy parking, beautiful rooms. I like that they do 1-1, family, and relationships all at the same place.
This is the best therapy I've ever gotten, very professional and helpful, and the office is amazing.
