I was going to give a 1 star but in the past this place did help, not sure what has changed in the last few years. But clearly returning calls and answering a phone during business hours is no longer a priority, in a span of a week I had called 3 times a day just to organise an appointment not once did I speak with anyone or have a single call back after leaving my details.
I want to take this time to thank Julie for chatting with me today. She helped me put some of the jigsaw pieces in the right place. Julie is warm, empathic and intuitive and simply a divine human being. Thank you :)
