Poor customer service . I called 3 or 4 times when I could not find the building and no answer. I called the new bern office and a lady from the answering service tried helping me as much as she could. I received a call from the Havelock office about 20 minutes later saying they were calling because they had me down for a 3 o'clock appointment. I told the answering service to tell them not to call me. I meant it.
