Appointments are only video and voice calls. I have made several appointments over the last month and wait for the calls and dont receive anything. Havent been able to see here for over 8 weeks when appt are every 2 weeks. I have also been charged cancellation fees when I'm not cancels appts. I call the number every time and all I'm told is that is answering and scheduling line only. This is so frustrating!

Read before scheduling your first visit. Today was my first visit. 9 am Appt scheduled through company EAP program. Office never sent email confirming appt or any other type of communication prior to visit. The office is located at the US bank building which is not open until 9am, doors locked. Office calls while I am entering building at 9am sharp, office lady told me that I should have used intercom and directions should have been provided to me. Excellent psychologist. I can tell she truly cares about her patients and is always available if and when you need her. I normally struggle to talk with people but she is so nice and welcoming each time I go to see her. She got me on the right track with a psychiatrist who got me the medicine I needed to function somewhat again. I will be sure to visit her every once in a while to make sure I am going down the right path. Thank you so much!
