Great staff, always so courteous. My children go once a week so we are out there often. There is a cute smaller play area for younger children with books, chalk wall, kitchen set, and wooden train tracks/magnetic trains for them to play with while waiting for the provider to see them.
I got mental health testing there about 3 months ago. They said it would take about 1 week to get the results. I’ve called 5 times and they make up a different excuse every time. Like I have no idea what’s going on with this place but this is absolutely insane!!!!!
Teresa was my counselor. She had told me that if I missed or was late she would be canceling me. She was very firm about this however we schedule for 1 hour appointments and she would not even show to the building until she was 20 minutes late. One week I ended up in the hospital because of my eye, I could not see to drive or anything. Which my BCM had gone to let her know that and told me Teresa had not even shown.
