I wish i had known about the personal policy about using legal names and pronouns when refering to the patient, even when requested not to because it triggers gender dysmorphia. Long story short, if you are transgender, prepare to be purposely misgendered. Legal documents are one thing, but personal policy is another especially when it mentally hurts the patient. Even after my mental breakdown, they still refused because of their personal policy and didnt even want to try.
