Wasn’t being billed until I inquired about it then suddenly owed a large sum. Finally being billed automatically now after having them set that up but not receiving statements or receipts so I can’t file to my insurance. I’ve emailed them, left messages for weeks with no response. I’ll be seeking care elsewhere.
They'll fail to bill you for months then a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars will show up. On top of that, they'll withhold access to your medication refills until you pay it in full. Hopefully the state shuts these scumbags down.
The therapist I had was great! That was until she quit without notice after me only attending 3 appointments. So much for being on a waitlist for a year. Thanks for nothing!
I can't them to return my call for an appointment. My doctor sent the referral over a month ago. Left several messages.
