Would not recommend. Psychological Insights was not honest about the timeline in which the final diagnostic report would be given to me. It took four months to recieve the final report (after I was told it would take weeks) and I was ghosted by them for several months while waiting. The early part of my journey with Psychological Insights was positive and I found the administrators of the assessments relatable and kind - which created a positive environment for testing. I hate leaving a poor rating but I feel I need to advise others who are waiting for evails. I was happy with the therapist who did the evaluation on my daughter who's will be 18 in 2 weeks that is needed for me to petition the court to get guardenship for my daughter now she will be an adult. We had the evail end of April and no word until the 1st week in July and was told then 4 more weeks. July 30th I called the office and their answering machine said they are no longer taking new patients and the office is in the process ... read more
Had an overall good experience, just didn't get my hands on my diagnosis of autism til 2½ months later due to technical issues. Also, please announce what tests you're giving to your patients
Put bluntly, this company straight-up lied and wasted my time. I made appointments with them over the phone. They made sure I knew the office suite, the name, what to expect in advance, specifically how many tests I would be taking and at what times. They confirmed the times, place, insurance and contact information all over the phone. I show up for my appointment and wait in the lobby; a little over ten minutes after my scheduled time someone finally checks on me. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please don't waste your time, energy, and money at Psychological Insights. I received testing at the Holland location with Sarah Toepfer and Kailah Siggers. They ghosted me (going on 2+ months of no communication/response) after receiving ADHD & ASD Testing and receiving an ASD diagnosis. I was given a 1 page write up with a very basic detailing of the diagnosis.
