My doctor referred this place for testing. I was skeeved from the go because I asked them for costs upfront no less than 3 times and each time they told me it was "covered." So trusting my doctor I go to the consultation. This guy is a complete joke. Extremely unfriendly. At one point he went on a rant about everyone coming up with things because of "zoom calls" and work from home. transphobic. extremely ignorant about the queer community. front desk staff never making note or correcting themselves. my tester asked me extremely inappropriate and invalidating questions about my transition. tester led me towards answers during testing. tester molded my answers to fit better. tester mentioned things she saw while i tested and failed to recorded them. tester outwardly talked about how she didn’t believe, support, or ‘get’ queer identity. doctor did not listen. misrecorded what i told him. refused to use my... read more
If you have an XX body instead of XY, absolutely do not get any testing for ASD or ADHD done here. There is the PSYPACT law which you can visit a doctor in a different state (even under government insurance). So check for other states in PSYPACT, then search for doctors that openly advertise they diagnose women or have gender-affirming practices.
Dr. Balraj is an excellent Psychologist. Highly recommend his practice!
Very polite and friendly staff who got right to the point, I didn't even have to wait to be seen.
