I am in the process of relocating to the area. While I was in town, I took the opportunity to reach out to providers referred to me by my current counselor. This location was the best out of all that I visited. The office staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The office manager is extremely nice and worked with me and my moving schedule to arrange an appointment once my move is complete.
Great customer service and a super friendly staff. Highly recommended!
This place is just bad overall. One front desk lady is plan rude to you no matter what day you come in and doesnt listen to you when you do tell her what you have available and the other is just plan useless not know how to answer simple questions always muting phone to ask the other one for help. She just doesnt know what she is doing. They have problems with scheduling where no one seems to know the schedule of the therapists, the times available are non-compliant to working families, theripist are always off, and we have ... read more
This practice is totally awful. The office staff is disrespectful and not caring. Very rude towards people. I had an appointment on a Monday morning. Got back from a cruise the Thursday before. Called that Sunday left message that I had to reschedule because I was very sick. Called first thing Monday morning to again let them know I was sick.
