Called to have a Paperwork filled out. They said no issues. Went to appt. As soon as I sat down explained i wanted paperwork filled out. At end of session they said it took to much time and was too hard to fill out. Called and complained office manager said she fills it out so apparently they lied. It's been years since I went to therapy here and how badly my case was handled still sticks with me. In my opinion do not come here if you are LGBT+. They are ill informed about issues the community faces and very poorly equipped to handle a trans client.
My first visit was a bit nerve-wracking. Staff is not very friendly and the doc was almost 10 minutes late calling me back. Reminded me of sitting inside a funeral parlor. Not comfortable at all and if it wasn't for my referral I'd most likely ask for another dr. Pretty sure these ratings are from 'employees'

Good place, Dr. Mcfarren is currently helping me with my ADHD disorder, I feel very appreciated here may see a counselor as well.
